To support families and schools with a contactless sign-out process, the Middle School Afterschool Program will be requesting Parent/Guardian to submit an electronic signature for Student Pick-Up from the MSAS Programs.
Parent/Guardian will:
- Call the afterschool director or main office upon arrival to the school.
- Complete and submit the “MSAS Afterschool Student Sign Out Form” for each student being picked up daily - see form below.
- The form must be submitted from the designated pick up location only.
